Tourism in Viña del Mar city
The center of Viña del Mar is seven blocks long, limited to the east by the plaza
José Francisco Vergara and to the west by the montain Castillo. It is only two and half blocks wide.

It is interesting to visit the beaches:
Caleta Abarca Beach. Located in the heart of Viña, protected in a bay. It
is characterized by its white sand and calm sea. Is counts with restaurants,
coffee shopes, discos, dressing rooms and showers.
Las Salinas Beach. Located at 2 kilometers north from Viña del Mar. A spa
built in 1930. It is a beach protected by the wind and with calm waters (preferred
by families and children). It has restaurants, dressing rooms and showers.
Portales Beach. Located between Viña del Mar and Valparaiso, it is a calm beach
with a pedestrian walkway along the coast with restaurants.
Los Marineros Beach. With white sand, open to the winds. With deep sea and
strong waves, it is not suited for swimming.
Acapulco Beach. A beach located between Peru Av. And Muelle Vergara. It has
white sand and is protected by the surrounding buildings.
