Chilean Populations in the Seventh Region

Curico Town

Distance: 63 Kilometers away from Talca

A town that is considered the center of agro industrial communications and supplies. It is also a significant point for attractive tourism.

Curico is very popular thanks to the preparation of the “alcayota” and the “tortas” of Curico (Curico Cakes), typical dishes and because of its good quality awarded wines.

It is interesting to visit attractions like: Carmen and San Francisco Churches, The Condell Hill, The Teno and Lontue Rivers, The Astronomic Observatory and the Arms Square.

Linares Town

Distance: 53 Kilometers away from Talca

Linares is a capital that was founded in 1794. It is considered an important industrial center.

It is interesting to visit: Yerbas Buenas, Quinamavida and Longaví towns. Also, it is recommendable to visit the Melado and Panimavida hot springs.

It is interesting to visit other attractions like: The Cathedral, The Coat of Arms Square, The Estuary of Pejerrey and the Art Museum.

Cauquenes Town

Distance: 149 Kilometers away from Talca

Cauquenes is a calm city that still preserves some houses from the end of the Nineteenth Century. It is a popular region because of its quality wines and food.

Among its most important beaches, it is possible to mention: Pelluhue and Curanipe.

It is interesting to visit some other attractions like: San Alfonso Temple, The Municipal Market, The Arms Square, The Name Hill, The Tuturen and The Cauquenes River.

Molina Town

Distance: 48 Kilometers away from Curico

Molina is situated near to the Seven Cups Radal National Reserve, a protected area of great natural beauty.

It is interesting to visit here: the Claro River, the Velo de la Novia (a waterfall), the Salto de la Leona and the Seven Cups National Reserve.
