The Simpson River National Park
Distance: 32 Kilometers away from Coyhaique
It is formed by cliffs, summits, waterfalls and abundant vegetation. The Simpson River traverses the park (that is why the name of the park). This is one of the best rivers for fly-fishing.
The protected area covers 40.452 hectares of an accidental geography.
It is interesting to visit: the Virgin and the Velo de la Novia Cascades, the Cascada and Queque Ingles Hills, and the Pizarras Grande, Chica, Simpson and Correntoso Rivers.
