Pali Aike National Park, also called "El Escorial del Diablo" with an approximate area of 3,000 hectares. Most of its area is covered by vast sheds of basaltic lava, which determines the existence of semi - desert vegetation.

The presence of numerous low natural volcanic cones, natural caves, lava formations and rough irregular extensions look like a moon landscape.
