Chiloe National Park

Distance: 90 Kilometers away from Puerto Montt

It presents a great land extension covered by beaches, dunes and woods near the sea. The Cucao and Huelde Lakes are placed in the zone too. The park covers an area of 43.057 hectares.

The climate, warm and humid, gives life to the evergreen forest.

It is interesting to visit here: the Chanquin sector, the Cucao Lake and the coast dunes. The Abtao River, with its great diversity of vegetation, and the Metalqui Island, with its colony of sea lions, are two popular tourist sites.
