Alberto M. De Agostini National Park

Alberto M. De Agostini National Park is located 80 nautical miles to the west of Punta Arenas. It covers an area of 1.460.000 hectares. It has a great number of glaziers and snow - drifts.

· Marinelli Glazier. It is the most beautiful and extensive glazier of the zone; it presents imposing high walls of ice and glazier gateways.

· De Angostini Glazier. It is protected by tall barriers of mountains where you can get off board and walk on the ice.

Sailing on the Pacific waters, by bordering part of the De Agostini National Park, it is possible to reach the route towards the Beagle Channel that is surrounded by a landscape with abundant vegetation, floating icebergs and sea wolfs.
