Portillo Ski Center

Distance: 145 Kilometers away from Santiago

Portillo is a winter resort of international fame thanks to quality of its ski fields. The Lagoon of the Inca is nearby; it is suitable for nautical sports.

It is interesting to visit: the Rio Blanco, Cristo Redentor Tunnel and the Cristo Redentor Monument (located in the frontier between Chile and Argentina).

This center has a snowmaking machine that ensures optimal snow conditions; besides, it possesses 12 mechanical ski lifts, including 7 tubes: 2 for four people, 1 for three people and 2 for two people.

The place offers all the necessary facilities to enjoy snowboarding, among material rentals and repair.

The hotel services include: ice - skating rink, a bar, a restaurant, a small clinic, a hairdresser, a sauna and fitness.
