We enjoyed our stay at Las Carretas. We found the place clean and tidy and comfortable. The only staff member we dealt with was polite and friendly and efficient in all he did.
However we would make the following comments: On arrival we needed to have the hostel explained to us a little more. eg laundry facilities, kitchen use adn other small rules.
The help and explanation given about the area, tours etc was good, as was the recommendation of where to eat.
There were some difficulties with the hot water system in the second block (where our relations were staying). These were not fully resloved during our stay.
When we asked to stay another night, the rescheduling of bookings was cheerfully and quickly made.
Altogether a good experience and a place we would recommend.
