We were very satisfied with our stay. The location is centralized and has easy access to the Metro which goes nearly everywhere in Santiago. The employees of the Hotel were very friendly and helpful often going out of their way to accomodate us. I felt very safe and secure in the neighborhood. While it is not delux facility, it was always cleen, well supplied, and less-expensive than most. We were very happy with out stay and plan to stay there next time we go to Chile. I highly recommend this hotel.
