1.- What is ChileContact.com?
ChileContact.com is a directory of hotels and tourism of Chile.

2.- How I can reserve my hotel?
When you choose a hotel and enter to the hotel page, there you find a brief description about hotel location and others details; besides the rates and services. If you are interested in the hotel you have to press the option “Booking”. This way, you will pass to the reservation form. Complete the form with all the necessary data and press “SEND”
3.- After send my data information through the reservation form; is my reservation already confirmed?
No. After submitting your application there will check the availability and rates. The hotel will reply to confirm or discard the booking.
4.- When will be my reservation confirmed?
Your reservation will be confirmed when the hotel send you a mail with the “confirmation or reservation number” plus the cost of the requested lodging. All the process will be inside the 24 hours of initiate your booking.
5.- With whom am I making this reservation?
In the booking process the confirmation and consultations mail are responded and assisted by the required hotel.
6.- The published rates are valid?
No, The rates are only for reference, for that reason you must to confirm the rates at the time of booking.
7.- Do I have to make some ON-LINE payment for my booking?
There is no ON-LINE payment. According to the commercial polities of each hotel, they may request: A) advance payment B) cash C) Credit card payment.
8.- Why is necessary the credit card information?
To protect the hotel in case of a “no show”, once the reservation has been confirmed.
9.- What is a NO SHOW?
A “NO SHOW” comes about when the person was not presented the day of the booking. Therefore the guest must inform to the hotel in case of non-use of the booking, three days before the arrival day. The cancelation of the booking must be done by mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you don’t make the cancellation, the hotel will apply one night of lodging to your credit card previously requested as guarantee, under the NO SHOW concept. This charge will made directly by the hotel.
10. - Which are the cancellation conditions?
If your booking has been confirmed and you don't want to keep it you should CANCEL IT, sending an email with the word CANCELLATION, specifying reservation dates and booking number. It is subject to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation between 3 and 0 days before the arrival date:
The cancellation cost for each reserved room corresponds to the rate applied by a lodging night.
- Up of 3 days before the arrival date:
There is no penalty feel to be charged and the booking will be canceled.

Our booking center is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 18:30 PM hrs; the requests made outside this hours will be processed the next working day.
